Service & Policy: Cameras and Photography Policy

Exhibitors are allowed limited use of cameras in their own booth area. Photography, video production, and/or graphic reproduction of other exhibitors' booths and products displayed therein are prohibited unless authorization is obtained from the exhibitor. Commercial use of photographs of attendees by exhibitors is prohibited unless written consent is given by the attendee.

Personal photography is permitted at social functions. Please see the Recording Policy for additional information on situations where photography is restricted or limited. Please see the Photo Release policy for information on ASHA's official photographer and use photos of attendees.

About the Convention

The ASHA Convention is one of the largest professional development events for audiologists; speech-language pathologists; speech, language, and hearing scientists; and speech-language pathology and audiology assistants. Bringing together approximately 15,000 attendees, the annual Convention offers more than 2,500 sessions eligible for ASHA continuing education credit covering the latest research, clinical skills, and techniques in communication sciences and disorders.
