Wednesday, November 20 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Exhibit Hall Open
Thursday, November 21 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday, November 22 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, November 23 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Dismantling
Saturday, November 23 2:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (5:00 p.m. deadline for driver check-in.)

  • Career Fair Booths: Connect with qualified professionals, search online resumes, post jobs on the job board, and schedule interviews.
  • Member Tables: ASHA members can showcase their professions-related businesses in the Exhibit Hall for a reduced fee.
  • Graduate School Fair/PhD Center: Taking place in the Poster Hall (Hall D2), not the main commercial Exhibit Hall. This event provides a dedicated space for academic programs to recruit, interview, and talk with students. (Email any questions about the Graduate School Fair to nsslha@asha.org.)

Eligibility to Exhibit

The ASHA Convention Exhibit Hall is the place to showcase products, services, and resources for our members and attendees. The items on exhibit should relate to the discipline of communication sciences and disorders. ASHA reserves the right to review all exhibit applications for eligibility and to withdraw its acceptance of a contract if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the exhibitor is not eligible to participate, or if the exhibitor’s product is not eligible to be displayed in this exhibit.

About the Convention

The ASHA Convention is one of the largest professional development events for audiologists; speech-language pathologists; and speech, language, and hearing scientists. Bringing together approximately 15,000 attendees, the annual Convention offers more than 2,500 sessions eligible for ASHA continuing education credit covering the latest research, clinical skills, and techniques in communication sciences and disorders.
