Graduate School Fair/PhD Center
The Graduate School Fair and PhD Center will take place in the Poster Hall (Hall D2), not the main commercial Exhibit Hall. This event provides a dedicated space for academic programs to recruit students, interview them for admission, and talk one-on-one about graduate school and/or research doctoral education opportunities in CSD. Exhibits are table top displays only. Read more about rates and deadlines for the Graduate School Fair and register to exhibit. Questions about the Graduate School Fair may be e-mailed to email@example.com.
firstname.lastname@example.org to request early move-in.
Registration and housing reservations for exhibitors will open July 25, 2019. Spargo, Inc. is the only official registration and housing company for ASHA.
Exhibitors, please be aware of
unofficial solicitations for housing reservations and other services.
If you’re an ASHA member and have a product or service related to the professions of audiology or speech-language pathology, you can take advantage of a unique one-time-only opportunity to showcase your business in the Exhibit Hall for a reduced fee. Space is limited. Restrictions apply. Application to be available soon,
or contact Renee Tross at 301-296-5764 for more information.
Reserve a booth at the Career Fair in the Exhibit Hall to connect with qualified professionals. Employers interested in participating in the Career Fair can purchase booths, search online resumes, post jobs on the job board, and schedule interviews.
Employers who register and pay for a Career Fair booth by September 6 receive a free 40-word employer profile in the Program and Exhibit Guide distributed to ASHA Convention attendees on site. Contact Eli McLean at 301-296-8726 for more information.
All exhibitors at the ASHA Convention must agree to the terms of the
Convention Exhibitor Liability Agreement.
Increase sales, visibility, and impact by
becoming a sponsor at the ASHA Convention. Enable attendees to seek out your company with more booth traffic, customer leads, and networking opportunities. Sponsors are highlighted more than regular exhibitors and receive more recognition and benefits!
Lead engaged ASHA Convention attendees to your booth! Advertise in print with the popular
Pocket Planner (distributed in advance) or the
Program and Exhibit Guide (distributed on site). Advertise digitally in the
Convention News e-newsletter and reach the inboxes of ASHA members and CSD students interested in the upcoming ASHA Convention.
Attendee Hot Lists give you the ability to reach your target market of audiologists, speech-language pathologists, students, and job seekers. Reach members by job title/role, work setting, location, areas of interest, purchasing power, and more. Invite attendees to your booth with a pre-Convention mailing and keep the conversation going with a post-Convention mailing.
