Join us at the 2026 ASHA Convention, November 19–21 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The ASHA Convention is one of the largest annual gatherings of communication sciences and disorders (CSD) professionals. Each year, thousands of CSD professionals from across the United States visit the exhibit floor to discover new resources, interact with products in person, make purchasing decisions, explore career opportunities, and engage directly with exhibiting companies.

    Booth Pricing and Packages

    ASHA offers exhibit booth options for all organizations to participate in the ASHA Convention. View the pricing for commercial booths, nonprofit booths, and ASHA Member booths, as well as add-on options like Exhibitor Showcases. Items included in your booth package, as well as registration and badge allocations, vary by booth type.

    Scam Alert: Hotel Reservations and Other Event Services

    ASHA's registration and housing service for the 2026 ASHA Convention will open for exhibitors July 30, 2026. Please be wary of unsolicited calls or emails regarding hotel reservations, registration, exhibit booths, or meeting space for the ASHA Convention. Our official registration and housing provider is Maritz Global Events. For your protection, do not make hotel reservations through any other company claiming to offer rooms for the ASHA Convention.

    About ASHA

    About the Convention

    The ASHA Convention is one of the largest professional development events for audiologists; speech-language pathologists; speech, language, and hearing scientists; and speech-language pathology and audiology assistants. Bringing together approximately 15,000 attendees, the annual Convention offers more than 2,500 sessions eligible for ASHA continuing education credit covering the latest research, clinical skills, and techniques in communication sciences and disorders.
