The online Program Planner will be available in early August. The ASHA Convention mobile app will be available for downloading from the Apple Store or Google Play in early November.
The Program Planner and mobile app are the tools you will use to view the entire ASHA Convention program—both the in-person sessions offered at the ASHA Convention in Washington, D.C. and the pre-recorded virtual sessions offered through the Virtual Library. There will not be a printed program book or exhibit guide distributed onsite this year.
The planner and the app allow you to browse sessions, read session descriptions and author bios, and view presenter disclosures. Use the planner and app to save sessions you want to attend (or listen to) to your personal schedule. Session materials, such as handouts, are also accessed through the Program Planner and mobile app.

Use any of the following filters under Sessions in the left menu area to customize your search:
Or, use the search bar in the upper right to quickly locate a session by title, session code, or keyword. Then, filter your results by day using the tabs across the top.
You will be able to easily identify whether a session is offered in-person at the ASHA Convention in Washington, D.C. or through the Virtual Library by the session code. In-person sessions have a four digit session code. Virtual Library sessions have a five-digit session code ending in the letter V or L. Pre-recorded session codes end in the letter V. The live, virtual poster chat codes end in the letter L.
Additional filter options in the left menu allow you to find authors or exhibitors, and you can also view the Exhibit Hall floor plan to see where companies will be located.
Select the title of a session in your search results to read the description of the session, review author bios and disclosure information, view the learner outcomes, and review any materials uploaded by presenters.
To save sessions to your schedule, use your www.asha.org username and password to log into the planner, then select the black calendar icon that appears next to the session title to add it to your schedule.
Presenters are encouraged to upload handouts, such as a session outline, agenda or a reference list, in advance of their presentation. To view these materials, search for a session within the Program Planner or mobile app, then select the title to open the full session details. If handouts or materials have been shared, you will see links at the bottom of the session detail screen.
