The Program Planner and mobile app provide access to the entire ASHA Convention program. They allow you to browse titles and to read session abstracts and author bios, as well as view presenter disclosures, and save sessions you want to attend to your personal schedule. Session materials are also accessed through the Program Planner and mobile app.
The Program Planner link is mobile responsive; if you are using a tablet or smartphone to access the Program Planner, you will be prompted to download the mobile app from the Apple Store or Google Play.
Final session materials, if presenters agree to publicly share their slides, will be available approximately three weeks (mid-December) after the conclusion of the Convention. Advance handouts, such as session outlines or references, are currently available through the Program Planner and mobile app. To view these materials, search for a session within the Program Planner or mobile app, then select the title to open the full session details. If session materials have been shared, you will see links at the bottom of the session detail screen.
Note: Session materials will only be available if the presenter(s) upload them or agree to share their final presentation slides when they checked into the Speaker Ready Room onsite. ASHA strongly encourages presenters to do so, but cannot make this a requirement as the material is the intellectual property of the presenter.
Take the ASHA Convention program with you anywhere by downloading the app to your smartphone or tablet. The app integrates seamlessly with the desktop version of the Program Planner, so anything you save may be viewed on either platform after you create an account with your www.asha.org username and password.
The mobile app has many helpful features. It allows you to access advance handouts and/or presentation slides (if shared by presenters), take session notes, view exhibitor profiles, view floor plans and get directions using the location finder, check social media feeds, see when shuttles are arriving and departing with the shuttle tracker, and much more.

To quickly locate a session by title, session code, or keyword, use the search bar in the upper right. Then, filter your results by day using the tabs across the top. Additional search fields allow you to find authors or exhibitors, and you can also view the Exhibit Hall floor plan to see where companies will be located.
Select the title of a session in your search results to read the abstract for the session, review author bios and disclosure information, view the learner outcomes, and review any materials uploaded by presenters.
To save sessions to your schedule, log in with your www.asha.org username and password. Then select the black calendar icon that appears before the session title to add it to your schedule. You may wish to refer to the day-by day breakdown of how much continuing education credit you can earn when planning your schedule to maximize your credit.
For those who prefer to view search results in a printable table format, an alternate program search tool is offered. Please be aware that you will not be able to log in to create or save your schedule, nor does the tool integrate with the Program Planner and ASHA Convention mobile app.

You may view, download, or print the digital version of the official Program and Exhibit Guide online in advance. Printed program and exhibit guides are not mailed in advance, but will be available to registrants at the Materials Pick-up area onsite in Orlando.
The Pocket Planner is an abbreviated preview of all 1-hour and 2-hour oral seminar, Master Class, and Hand-on Lab titles that was mailed to anyone who registered before September 5.
