February 22 | The Call for Papers opens. |
April 6 | The Call for Papers submission deadline. (Late submissions not considered.) |
May 31 | Deadline to submit an application to be future co-chair. |
May 15 | The function space request form is available for exhibitors and affiliate groups to request space to hold meetings or events during the ASHA Convention. |
May 15 | Advance booth selection for companies who exhibited at the 2021 ASHA Convention. |
June 1 | Exhibit Hall booth sales open. |
July 14 (Tentative) | Notifications of acceptance/nonacceptance for the Call for Papers are sent (no later than July 20). |
July 30 | The student volunteer application is available. |
August 1 | The education program is available. |
August 1 | Registration and hotel reservations open at 10:00 a.m., ET. |
August 31 | The deadline for exhibitors and affiliate groups to request function space to hold meetings or events during the ASHA Convention. |
September 9 | Deadline to apply to be a student volunteer. |
October 1 | Notifications of location assignments are sent to exhibitors and affiliate groups that have requested function space. |
October 20 | Deadline to reserve a hotel room through ASHA’s official housing service. |
November 1 | Virtual Library website is available to preview. |
November 10 | Registrants may access sessions in the Virtual Library. |
November 10 | Continuing education reporting system opens for claiming ASHA Convention sessions for credit. |
November 28 | Virtual Library closes. |
December 1 | Deadline to report attendance at sessions for continuing education credit. |
