Virtual Program

The 2024 ASHA Convention Virtual Program offers a collection of pre-recorded, on-demand poster presentations, technical sessions, and technical demos that will be available online from November 20–December 10. A selection of sessions from the ASHA Convention in Seattle, taking place December 5–7, will also be live-broadcast (slides and audio only).

Everyone can view the Virtual Program sessionsno login or password neededbut you may only claim continuing education credit for them if you are registered for the full ASHA Convention or as a virtual-only registrant. (One-day in-person registrants are not eligible to claim credit for virtual sessions.)

The on-demand sessions will be available for 20 days (November 20–December 10) and are accessible 24 hours a day. You can view them on your own schedule, so how much continuing education you earn will depend on your time investment. The time equivalents of each session type are:

  • Poster Presentations: 15 minutes
  • Technical Research and Technical Clinical Sessions: 30 minutes
  • Technical Demos: 30 minutes

The live-broadcast sessions are all 1-hour oral seminars, so each is equivalent to 1 PDH/.1 ASHA CEU. These sessions will not be recorded, so plan to watch them live at the scheduled times.

If you have questions about the Virtual Program or need help, please email us at papers@asha.org.
