Graduate School Fair & PhD Center Exhibitor Information

Registration for the Graduate School Fair is now closed.

Academic programs have an opportunity to recruit students, interview them for admission, and talk one-on-one about graduate and/or research doctoral education opportunities in CSD. The Graduate School Fair & PhD Center is combined during the entire 3-day Convention period. See who is exhibiting.

You are invited to register if you are from a(n): 

  • CAA-accredited, entry-level clinical (masters, AuD) program;
  • post-entry level clinical doctorate (AuD, CScD, SLPD) program; and/or
  • research doctoral (PhD) program.

Convention Attendee Registration

All personnel staffing Graduate School Fair & PhD Center exhibit space in the Poster Hall must complete separate Convention registration and wear a Convention badge at all times. 

Convention registration is NOT included in the cost of Graduate School Fair/PhD Center exhibitor registration. 


The Graduate School Fair & PhD Center is located in the Poster Hall (Hall D2) of the Orange County Convention Center, not the main Exhibit Hall (Hall B4-D1).

Academic programs will be grouped alphabetically and will have table space for each day they are exhibiting. Tables must be staffed during the entire time the fair is open on their requested day(s).

Table Space

All exhibitors receive a 4-foot table, 4 chairs, and tabletop tent signage with their college/university name.

Only table-top displays will be accepted. Table covers or table runners with university colors/logos may be used. No floor displays will be allowed. Materials may be stored overnight if exhibiting the next day. 

Exhibitor Set-up

ASHA representatives will be onsite to assist with exhibitor set-up during the following times:

  • Thursday, November 21: 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
  • Friday, November 22: 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
  • Saturday, November 23: 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. 


Pre-Convention shipping will not be provided. If you need to ship materials, we highly recommend you ship them to yourself at the hotel you’ll be staying at, then bring your materials with you during Graduate School Fair & PhD Center exhibitor set-up. Please contact your hotel for their specific instructions and to make shipping arrangements.

Materials may be stored overnight at your exhibitor table if exhibiting the next day.

The ASHA Convention is one of the largest professional development events for audiologists; speech-language pathologists; and speech, language, and hearing scientists. Bringing together approximately 15,000 attendees, the annual Convention offers more than 2,500 sessions eligible for ASHA continuing education credit covering the latest research, clinical skills, and techniques in communication sciences and disorders.
