ASHA's housing reservation service for the 2022 ASHA Convention will open in August 2022.

Hotel Help

If you have questions, you may contact ASHA's official housing provider, Spargo, Inc. by phone at 877-585-6005 or by email at ashahousing@spargoinc.com. Customer service hours are 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), Monday–Friday.

Cancellation Policy

All changes and cancellations must be submitted online or in writing via e-mail to ashahousing@spargoinc.com by 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time, October 18, 2021. After this date, you must contact your assigned hotel directly. If you need to cancel your reservation(s), you must do so at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to your scheduled check-in date. If you do not cancel your reservation(s) seventy-two (72) hours prior to your scheduled check-in date, your first night's deposit will not be refunded.

Canceling your hotel reservation does not automatically cancel your convention registration. To cancel your registration, please contact asharegistration@spargoinc.com no later than November 1, 2021.

ADA Hotel Rooms

All official ASHA Convention hotels comply with the Americans With Disabilities Act. If you need an accessible hotel room, please complete the reservation process online and select "Handicap Accessible" at the step where you may indicate room preferences. A representative from ASHA's housing company will contact you to discuss your room arrangements. Members are also welcome to contact Customer Service (ashahousing@spargoinc.com; 877-585-6005 or 703-449-6418) if they wish to discuss their needs with someone directly. Read about accessibility at ASHA's live events for more information about reasonable requests for accommodations.

Unauthorized Housing Providers

Sometimes, ASHA is alerted that an unauthorized housing company is contacting our exhibitors or attendees to inform them that they can offer less expensive room rates at hotels in our block. You may also encounter fraudulent websites promoting housing reservations for ASHA. Spargo, Inc. is the only official housing company for ASHA. They will not solicit you and you can only navigate to their hotel reservations website through our own website, convention.asha.org. If you receive a call or e-mail from any company that is not our official housing provider or find a suspicious website, please contact us immediately at convention@asha.org.
