ASHA's housing reservation service for Washington, DC opens at 10:00 a.m., Eastern time on August 2, 2021.
Both Convention attendees and the association benefit when you book a hotel room through ASHA. Here's how:
If you find a lower rate at a hotel in our block than what we offer, please contact ASHA's official housing provider, Spargo, Inc. (877-585-6005; ashahousing@spargoinc.com). Customer service hours are 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. (Eastern Time), Monday–Friday.
Sometimes, ASHA is alerted that an unauthorized housing company is contacting our exhibitors or attendees to inform them that they can offer less expensive room rates at hotels in our block. Spargo, Inc. is the only official housing company for ASHA. If you receive a call or e-mail from any company that is not our official housing provider, please contact us immediately at convention@asha.org.
All official ASHA Convention hotels comply with the Americans With Disabilities Act. If you need an accessible hotel room, please complete the reservation process online and select "Handicap Accessible" at the step where you may indicate room preferences. A representative from ASHA's housing company will contact you to discuss your room arrangements. Members are also welcome to contact Customer Service ( ashahousing@spargoinc.com; 877-585-6005 or 703-449-6418) if they wish to discuss their needs with someone directly. Read about accessibility at ASHA's live events for more information about reasonable requests for accommodations.
The ASHA Convention will be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, 801 Mt. Vernon Place NW, Washington, DC 20001.
