Whether for personal, commercial, or any other use, recording, capturing, transmitting, or reproducing content in any form is strictly prohibited during all ASHA Convention education sessions, poster presentations, Short Courses, the keynote speaker's presentation at the Opening General Session and the Closing General Session, and the Annie Glenn Award recipient's remarks at the Awards Ceremony.
This prohibition on recording includes, but is not limited to:
The only exception is when the presenter has provided written consent before the session begins. Unless the presenter explicitly states in writing that recording is permitted, attendees must assume that recording is not allowed.
Under no circumstances may presentations or session content be rebroadcast, redistributed, posted, shared, reproduced, or used to create derivative content without the presenter’s prior written consent.
Individuals who do not comply with this policy may be asked to leave the session or event and may be subject to additional action by ASHA.
