This year, we are offering two different exhibiting options. You may choose to exhibit in person at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, or you may sign up for a virtual exhibit profile as part of the ASHA Convention Virtual Library.
ASHA is committed to providing an environment that follows recommended safety protocols. This year, the exhibit hall will look different to accommodate physical distancing and safety precautions. Here’s what to expect:

Member tables offer a one-time only opportunity for ASHA members to showcase their professions-related business for a reduced fee. This opportunity is for first-time exhibitors only and restrictions apply. Complete and submit the member table application [PDF] or contact Renee Tross at email@example.com for more information.
We have adjusted our booth rates and changed the cancellation policy to be more flexible this year to help you with your decision to exhibit. Corner booth fees are waived this year and booth rates will not increase. Sign up early to take advantage of priority placement in the exhibit hall. A virtual exhibit profile is included with all in-person booth packages.

For 2021, we have instituted a more flexible cancellation policy. In-person booth packages will automatically include a presence on the virtual platform. If you need to cancel your participation for an in-person exhibit booth you may do so before October 1, 2021, to receive a full refund of the cost of the in-person booth, less the cost of the virtual exhibit profile. After October 1, 2021, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after November 1, 2021. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The rules and regulations regarding large events in Washington, D.C. continue to evolve and may be subject to change, even as we get closer to the event dates. ASHA will adhere to the policies set by the District of Columbia (D.C.). As of May 25, 2021, social distancing and capacity limits have been lifted but mask requirements remain in place. The city continues to monitor key metrics. Future guidance and not-yet-defined safety measures may be implemented (or further lifted) by both or either the local authorities or the facility, and could include a cap on the number of people allowed in the building or in rooms, masks, social distancing, proof of vaccination and/or onsite COVID-19 testing (with allowable ADA accommodations), app-based contact tracing, or other requirements. We will provide all rules and regulations related to the in-person event as soon as they are announced so you will know exactly what will be required of you onsite. All exhibitors participating in the in-person event will be required to adhere to all rules and regulations in place over event dates.
The ASHA Convention Exhibit Hall is the place to showcase products, services, and resources for our members and attendees. The items on exhibit should relate to the discipline of communication sciences and disorders. ASHA reserves the right to review all exhibit applications for eligibility and to withdraw its acceptance of a contract if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the exhibitor is not eligible to participate, or if the exhibitor’s product is not eligible to be displayed in the exhibit hall.
Be aware that companies falsely posing as partners of ASHA may target you to secure hotel rooms, exhibit booth space, or registration for the ASHA Convention. Others may offer you mailing lists of ASHA members. These companies do not have access to ASHA's hotel rooms or member lists, and are in no way authorized to register attendees or conduct booth sales on ASHA's behalf. Official information regarding the ASHA Convention will come only from ASHA.
