Exhibit your products and services at the 2026 ASHA Convention, November 19–21 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. At the ASHA Convention, you'll find the largest gathering of audiologists, speech-language pathologists, and speech, language, and hearing professionals and students.

Exhibit Hall Hours

*Exhibitors must provide carpet to cover their entire booth by Wednesday, November 18 at 3:00 p.m. If carpet is not in place by the deadline, ASHA will install carpet and the exhibitor will be charged (see Exhibitor Terms and Conditions). All booths must be fully set up by 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18. 

Booth Packages and Pricing

What's Included With Your Booth Package

Commercial booth spaces do not include carpet or any booth furnishings.

Academic/Non-Profit/Government Exhibitors and ASHA Member Booths also include:

• Booth carpet
• One 6’ skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket

Exhibitors are responsible for the cost of electricity, shipping, freight/materials handling, labor, installation or dismantle labor, booth cleaning, and lead retrieval for their booth space. These services are not included with any booth packages.

How to Order Items for Your Booth

Booth furnishings and services will be available to order from the Exhibitor Service Manual in mid-August. ASHA's official General Service Contractor is Shepard.

How to Register for Badges

You may register your booth staff through the Exhibitor Dashboard beginning July 30, 2026. Additional full convention registrations or exhibit hall-only badges may be purchased through Exhibitor Registration.

Scam Alert: Hotel Reservations and Other Event Services

ASHA's registration and housing service for the 2026 ASHA Convention will open for exhibitors July 30, 2026. Please be wary of unsolicited calls or emails regarding hotel reservations, registration, exhibit booths, or meeting space for the ASHA Convention. Our official registration and housing provider is Maritz Global Events. For your protection, do not make hotel reservations through any other company claiming to offer rooms for the ASHA Convention.

Exhibitor Policies

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Applications received on or before June 30, 2026: A 50% deposit is due within 30 days of confirmation of assigned exhibit space and receipt of invoice. The remaining balance is due on or before August 1, 2026.

Applications received after July 1, 2026: 100% payment is due upon confirmation of assigned exhibit space and receipt of invoice.

A late fee of 4% of the outstanding balance will be applied monthly if payment is not received by the exact due dates above. The Exhibitor is responsible for paying all accrued fees.

The Exhibitor’s written cancellation must be received via email (exhibits@asha.org) by 5:00 p.m. EDT on August 1, 2026, in order for Exhibitor to be eligible to receive a refund, less 25% of the booth fee.

If an Exhibitor’s cancellation is received after August 1, 2026, or if Exhibitor registered after July 31, 2026 (regardless of cancellation date), they must pay the booth fee in full and will not be eligible for a refund. Appropriate payment must be received within 30 days of cancellation. All services and benefits included with exhibit space shall be forfeited with cancellation of space. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Exhibitor Contract Terms and Conditions

All exhibitors at the ASHA Convention must agree to the Exhibitor Contract Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility to Exhibit

The ASHA Convention Exhibit Hall is the place to showcase products, services, and resources for our members and attendees. The items on exhibit should relate to the discipline of communication sciences and disorders. ASHA reserves the right to review all exhibit applications for eligibility and to withdraw its acceptance of a contract if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the exhibitor is not eligible to participate, or if the exhibitor’s product is not eligible to be displayed in the exhibit hall.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I receive a list of attendees?

Complimentary pre-event and post-event mailing lists are included in your booth package. The lists are physical mailing addresses only; we do not provide email addresses for attendees. These lists are provided for one-time use per list only per.

Can I request space for a meeting or reception?

ASHA typically holds extra function space to support organizations wishing to hold related meetings and receptions. To request space, please read through the guidelines and then submit a request form. The deadline to request space is August 31, 2026.

Are children allowed in the exhibit hall?

Due to liability issues, children under age 18 are prohibited from entering the exhibit hall at any time during the ASHA Convention, including during installation, open hours, and move-out.
