February 19 The Call for Papers opens.
March 30 The Call for Papers submission deadline. (Late submissions not considered.)
July 16 Notifications of acceptance/nonacceptance for the Call for Papers are sent.
August 3 Attendee registration and hotel reservations will open at 10:00 a.m., Eastern time.
November 11 The Virtual Program on-demand sessions are available to watch online.
November 19–21 The 2026 ASHA Convention takes place in Indianapolis, Indiana.
November 30 The Virtual Program closes.
December 1 Deadline to report continuing education credit earned at the 2026 ASHA Convention.

About ASHA

About the Convention

The ASHA Convention is one of the largest professional development events for audiologists; speech-language pathologists; speech, language, and hearing scientists; and speech-language pathology and audiology assistants. Bringing together approximately 15,000 attendees, the annual Convention offers more than 2,500 sessions eligible for ASHA continuing education credit covering the latest research, clinical skills, and techniques in communication sciences and disorders.
