The Demonstration Station is an interactive opportunity to introduce your products or services to attendees live on the show floor at the ASHA Convention. The 20-ft x 20-ft station comes with tables, a monitor with audio, carpet and electric. The Demonstration Station will be highlighted on our website, in the mobile app, through emails, and with onsite signage. Limited timeslots are available, so reserve yours early! (PDHs/ASHA CEUs not offered.)

Commercial booth spaces do not include carpet or any booth furnishings.
Exhibitors are responsible for the cost of electricity, shipping, freight/materials handling, labor, installation or dismantle labor, booth cleaning, and lead retrieval for their booth space. These services are not included with any booth packages.
Booth furnishings and services will be available to order from the Exhibitor Service Manual in mid-August. ASHA's official General Service Contractor is Willwork Global Event Services.
You may register your booth staff through the Exhibitor Dashboard starting July 23. Additional full convention registrations or exhibit hall-only badges may be purchased through Exhibitor Registration.

ASHA's registration and housing service for the 2025 ASHA Convention will open for exhibitors on July 23, 2025. Please be wary of unsolicited calls or emails regarding hotel reservations, registration, exhibit booths, or meeting space for the ASHA Convention. Our official registration and housing provider is Maritz Global Events. For your protection, do not make hotel reservations through any other company claiming to offer rooms for the ASHA Convention.
Applications received on or before June 30, 2025: A 50% deposit is due within 30 days of confirmation of assigned exhibit space and receipt of invoice. The remaining balance is due on or before August 1, 2025.
Applications received after July 1, 2025: 100% payment is due upon confirmation of assigned exhibit space and receipt of invoice.
A late fee of 4% of the outstanding balance will be applied monthly if payment is not received by the exact due dates above. The Exhibitor is responsible for paying all accrued fees.
The Exhibitor’s written cancellation must be received via email (exhibits@asha.org) by 5:00 p.m. EDT on August 1, 2025, in order for Exhibitor to be eligible to receive a refund, less 25% of the booth fee.
If an Exhibitor’s cancellation is received after August 1, 2025, or if Exhibitor registered after July 31, 2025 (regardless of cancellation date), they must pay the booth fee in full and will not be eligible for a refund. Appropriate payment must be received within 30 days of cancellation. All services and benefits included with exhibit space shall be forfeited with cancellation of space. There are no exceptions to this policy.
All exhibitors at the ASHA Convention must agree to the Exhibitor Contract Terms and Conditions.
The ASHA Convention Exhibit Hall is the place to showcase products, services, and resources for our members and attendees. The items on exhibit should relate to the discipline of communication sciences and disorders. ASHA reserves the right to review all exhibit applications for eligibility and to withdraw its acceptance of a contract if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the exhibitor is not eligible to participate, or if the exhibitor’s product is not eligible to be displayed in the exhibit hall.
Complimentary pre-event and post-event mailing lists are included in your booth package. The lists are physical mailing addresses only; we do not provide email addresses for attendees. The lists will be emailed to you by October 20 and December 15. These lists are provided for one-time use per list only per.
ASHA typically holds extra function space to support organizations wishing to hold related meetings and receptions. To request space, please read through the guidelines and then submit a request form. The deadline to request space is August 31, 2025.
Due to liability issues, children under age 18 are prohibited from entering the exhibit hall at any time during the ASHA Convention, including during installation, open hours, and move-out.
