Service & Policy: Personal Consideration Rooms

Private rooms are available in the convention center for nursing mothers, prayer/meditation, and/or medical needs. Please be mindful of others and limit your use of these spaces to 30 minutes. For directions to the nearest location, you can stop by any of the ASHA Information booths where an ASHA staff member can direct you to the nearest room. Small, shared refrigerators are also provided for attendees using these spaces. Please be aware that these rooms are not staffed and ASHA is not responsible for any items left in the rooms.

About the Convention

The ASHA Convention is one of the largest professional development events for audiologists; speech-language pathologists; speech, language, and hearing scientists; and speech-language pathology and audiology assistants. Bringing together approximately 15,000 attendees, the annual Convention offers more than 2,500 sessions eligible for ASHA continuing education credit covering the latest research, clinical skills, and techniques in communication sciences and disorders.
