Virtual Program

The ASHA Convention Virtual Program offers a collection of pre-recorded, on-demand poster presentations and technical sessions that will be available online November 11–30, 2025. A selection of sessions from the ASHA Convention in Washington, D.C., taking place November 20–22, 2025, will also be broadcast live (slides and audio only).

Everyone can view the Virtual Program sessions—no login or password needed—but you may only claim continuing education credit for them if you are registered for the full ASHA Convention or as a virtual-only registrant. (One-day in-person registrants are not eligible to claim credit for virtual sessions.)

Preview the Virtual Sessions

You can find more information about the on-demand virtual sessions using the Program Planner or mobile app. The session filters allow you to sort by topic area, instructional level, target audience, and more. The session codes for all on-demand virtual sessions end in V (i.e., 3012V, 8661V, etc.).

NOTE: The Program Planner and app are for informational and planning purposes and you will not be able to access virtual session content through them. We use different online platforms for hosting the virtual sessions and posters which you will access from this web page once the Virtual Program opens on November 11.)

Live-Broadcast Sessions

The Program Planner and app do not have a filter for live-broadcast sessions, but you can browse the list of live-broadcast sessions [PDF] and then investigate them further in the Program Planner or mobile app by searching for the session code or title.

Continuing Education Credit

You can earn up to 480 PDHs (or 48.0 ASHA CEUs) by watching sessions offered in the virtual program. Keep in mind that the Virtual Program includes far more content hours than anyone can realistically consume. Most attendees earn between 14–15 PDHs (or 1.4–1.5 ASHA CEUs) through the virtual event.

On-Demand Sessions

The on-demand sessions will be available for 20 days (November 11–30) and are accessible 24 hours a day. You can view them on your own schedule, so how much continuing education you earn will depend on your time investment. The time equivalents of each session type are:

  • Poster Presentations: 15 minutes
  • Technical Research and Technical Clinical Sessions: 30 minutes
Live-Broadcast Sessions

A selection of 1-hour oral seminars (each is equivalent to 1 PDH/0.1 ASHA CEUs) will be live broadcast from the ASHA Convention in Washington, D.C. They will happen only during the scheduled day/time listed for each (note, times are listed as Eastern Time) and will not be recorded, so plan to watch them live as scheduled.
