Author/Presenter Management Center

All authors listed on proposals, whether they are presenting authors or non-presenting authors, have access to the Author/Presenter Management Center. A personalized link for the Management Center site was included in the disclosure notification you received after your proposal was submitted.

The Management Center is where you may view your submitted proposals, important notifications, critical deadline information, author instructions, and required agreements and disclosure forms. It should be your primary resource for information throughout the Call for Papers process, as well as for preparing your session for presentation, if accepted.

Although we will still send notifications to authors via email, we have been experiencing significant challenges with email not reaching recipients due to increased spam filtering. The online Author/Presenter Management Center is always accessible. Please bookmark the site and regularly check it to ensure you are completing all author tasks and responsibilities by the deadlines.

Call for Papers Submission Website

If you submitted a proposal but are not an author, the Call for Papers submission website allows you to view the proposals that you have submitted, as well as any related email notifications that have been sent by the system after the Call for Papers has closed.
