- October 13: Advance warehouse begins to accept shipments.
- October 20: Deadline for Exhibitor Services Kit advance-pricing discount on lead retrieval.
- October 28: Deadline for Exhibitor Service Kit advance-pricing discount on the following items:
- Internet
- Booth furnishings and carpet
- Electrical service
- Audiovisual items
- Lead retrieval
- October 19: Pre-Convention attendee mailing list available.
November
- November 8: Deadline for Exhibitor Service Kit advance-pricing discount for audiovisual items.
- November 13: Advance warehouse shipment deadline. All materials shipped to the advance warehouse must arrive by this date (TBA) for your freight to be in your booth upon arrival.
- November 17: Shipments accepted at the San Diego Convention Center.
December
- December 16: Post-Convention attendee mailing list available.
