• October 13: Advance warehouse begins to accept shipments.
• October 20: Deadline for Exhibitor Services Kit advance-pricing discount on lead retrieval.
• October 28: Deadline for Exhibitor Service Kit advance-pricing discount on the following items:
  • Internet
  • Booth furnishings and carpet
  • Electrical service
  • Audiovisual items
  • Lead retrieval
• October 19: Pre-Convention attendee mailing list available.

November

• November 8: Deadline for Exhibitor Service Kit advance-pricing discount for audiovisual items.
• November 13: Advance warehouse shipment deadline. All materials shipped to the advance warehouse must arrive by this date (TBA) for your freight to be in your booth upon arrival.
• November 17: Shipments accepted at the San Diego Convention Center.

December

• December 16: Post-Convention attendee mailing list available.
