We are planning the 2021 ASHA Convention as a hybrid event, and the Exhibit Hall may look a little different this year. Our hybrid format will combine a traditional, but scaled-back, in-person Exhibit Hall with a virtual hall, so you can connect with companies offering products and services for the professions no matter how you choose to attend. (Note that the activities or Exhibit Hall aspects listed on this page are tentative.) Please be sure to check back for updates.
More than 300 unique businesses exhibit each year, making the ASHA Convention an exceptional one-stop opportunity for attendees to find practice solutions and for exhibitors to reach ASHA members and related professionals.
The ASHA Member Services Center, located near Registration, is available to help with all your ASHA membership needs, including questions about ASHA information and services. You can also pick up special ribbons for your badge at the ASHA Member Services Center.
Stop by the Concierge Learning Center for help with creating your schedule of sessions to attend. Our knowledgeable staff can recommend education sessions that match your professional development interests and goals, as well as additional ASHA resources to investigate after the ASHA Convention.
Various themed lounges will be located throughout the Exhibit Hall and the Poster Hall. Stop by the lounges to chat with ASHA staff and volunteer leaders, or use them to rest and relax between visiting with exhibitors or viewing posters.
From Thursday through Saturday during the ASHA Convention, the Caring Square will offer a fun and unique way for attendees to give back to the Washington, D.C. community.
The Caring Square is open during Exhibit Hall hours, and activities are designed so participants can jump in whenever they have some free time. Professional facilitators will be on hand to provide guidance and instruction.
Join us in the Exhibit Hall to catch up with friends and colleagues and mingle with exhibitors. This late afternoon break provides dedicated time to check out the exhibiting companies, socialize, and network, all while recharging your batteries with light snacks before you head to evening sessions. The Welcome in the Exhibit Hall is open to all fully registered attendees.
