To receive credit and earn ASHA CEUs or professional development hours, your activities must be entered in the ASHA Learning Center. This is also the only way to officially document your attendance and participation at this event and to obtain a Certificate of Completion. You do not need to join the ASHA CE Registry to document your CE activities using this process. • Keep a record of the sessions you attend. You will need each session’s four-digit session number. • No later than December 1, 2018, login to the ASHA Learning Center at convention.asha.org/Continuing-Education-Credit/ and follow the instructions provided to enter your sessions. • Once you have finished the reporting process, you will be able to print your Certificate of Completion. Activities must be entered and finalized no later than 11:59 p.m., ET, Saturday, December 1, 2018. If you need a record of the activities in which you participated—or think you may need a record in the future—you must report for credit by December 1.
