Service & Policy: Privacy Policy

ASHA does not sell the contact information of Convention registrants. We do provide a one-time use registrant mailing list to exhibiting companies for their marketing purposes; part of their exhibitor package allows them to contact you once, either before or after the event. You may opt in to this list when registering; your contact information is not automatically included. If you change your mind and would like to out, you can update this at any time in your Registration Service Center, or by contacting Maritz by email at ASHA@maritz.com or by phone at 864-541-0744 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time).

Removing yourself from the registrant mailing list provided to exhibitors does NOT remove you from any other lists that may be managed separately by ASHA Marketing. To remove yourself from these lists, you may opt out of receiving a specific communication by using the E-mail Preference Center in the My Account section of the ASHA website, or you may follow the unsubscribe instructions in any e-mail message you receive.

Please be aware that if you allow exhibitors to scan the bar code on your badge during the ASHA Convention, you are agreeing to share your information with them and consenting to allow them to contact you, even if you opted out during the registration process.
