Convention Housing & Travel

A preliminary list of the official hotels for the 2025 ASHA Convention in Washington, D.C. will be posted in April. ASHA's housing reservation service will open on August 1, 2025.

If you have any questions about hotel reservations for the ASHA Convention, or encounter any difficulties with the reservations system, please contact the ASHA Housing Center (Maritz) by email at ASHAHotel@maritz.com or by phone at 864-208-2571 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time).

All official ASHA Convention hotels comply with the Americans With Disabilities Act. (Read more about accessibility at the ASHA Convention for information about reasonable requests for accommodations.)

Why Book a Room Through ASHA?

Both Convention attendees and the association benefit when you book a hotel room through ASHA. Here's how:

  • Convention attendees staying at official ASHA hotels can take advantage of ASHA's convenient shuttle service.
  • ASHA is able to negotiate lower room rates at a range of quality hotels.
  • ASHA hotel contracts protect you, and we can provide assistance if problems arise with your reservation.
  • Filling room blocks allows ASHA to secure competitive rates when negotiating with hotels in future Convention cities. ASHA can demonstrate that the association meets its obligations with hotels, which assures hotels that contracting with ASHA will be mutually agreeable.

Unauthorized Housing Providers

Sometimes, ASHA is alerted that an unauthorized housing company is contacting our exhibitors or attendees to inform them that they can offer less expensive room rates at hotels in our block. You may also encounter fraudulent websites promoting housing reservations for ASHA. Maritz Global Events is the only official housing company for ASHA. They will not solicit you and you can only navigate to their hotel reservations website through our own website, convention.asha.org. If you receive a call or e-mail from any company that is not our official housing provider or find a suspicious website, please contact us immediately at convention@asha.org.
