Exhibitor Registration and Hotel Reservations

Updates for 2026
  • ASHA IDs are required for all individuals registering for exhibitor badges (see below for more information).
  • The ASHA Eats program has been discontinued.

Exhibitor Badges and Registration

Exhibitor badge registration will open on July 30, 2026, and must be completed through the Exhibitor Resource Center using the Housing and Registration tile. Exhibitor registration log-in information will be sent to the primary exhibitor contact. The primary contact may add additional users to the Exhibitor Resource Center.

Registration and badges included in booth packages (per 10' × 10' booth):

  • Commercial Booths (per 10' × 10'): Two (2) full Convention registrations and two (2) Exhibit Hall–only badges
  • Nonprofit Booths (per 10' × 10'): One (1) full Convention registration and two (2) Exhibit Hall–only badges
  • ASHA Member Booths: One (1) full Convention registration and one (1) Exhibit Hall–only badge

Exhibiting companies may purchase additional Exhibit Hall–only badges for $100 each. Additional full Convention registrations can be purchased at the published attendee rate.

Badge Pickup

Badges will NOT be mailed in advance. Badges will be available on-site at Exhibitor Registration located on Level 1 outside Exhibit Halls H and I.

Register With Your ASHA ID

An ASHA ID is required to register for the ASHA Convention, but you do not need to be an ASHA member to have one.

  • If you need to locate your ASHA ID: Visit the ASHA website, and click “My Account” in the upper right corner. After logging in, your ASHA ID will be displayed in your account profile.
  • If you do not currently have an account: Visit the ASHA website, select “My Account,” and follow the prompts to create your account. Creating an account typically takes only a few minutes.

If one person from your company is registering multiple booth staff, please collect everyone’s ASHA ID before you begin the registration process, so you have them ready.

Badge Policies

  • Exhibitor badges are issued only to representatives who are currently employed by the exhibiting company and who will be working in the booth.
  • All exhibitor personnel—including those involved in setup and teardown—must be registered with their own badge and must always wear their badge while in the Exhibit Hall.
  • Badges are non-transferable and may not be shared, loaned, reassigned, or issued to non-employees under any circumstances.

Failure to comply with these policies may result in corrective action, including badge revocation.

Exhibitor Hotel Reservations

Priority exhibitor housing access will open on July 30, 2026, for registered 2026 exhibitors with accounts in good standing. Hotel rooms must be reserved through the Exhibitor Resource Center using the Housing and Registration tile. Exhibitor housing must only be used for exhibitor personnel.

This is an exclusive benefit for exhibiting companies. Access may not be shared, transferred, or used to secure rooms for non-exhibitors under any circumstances. Violations of this policy may result in corrective action.
