Booth Packages: What's Included

Items included in your booth package, as well as registration and badge allocations, vary by booth type. You can supplement your booth package with additional items available to order through ASHA's General Service Contractor, Shepard.

Commercial Booth Packages

All standard Commercial Booths are provided with the following items, but do NOT include carpet or booth furnishings:

  • A back drape 8' high along the back wall and 3' side rails
  • One (1) identification sign showing your company name and booth number
  • Expanded online exhibitor profile including logo, company description, website, social media links, two Convention specials, two resources, and two product images (deadlines apply)
  • Pre-event and post-event attendee mailing list
  • Access to pre-event information sessions created exclusively for exhibitors
  • Exclusive marketing opportunities available only to exhibitors
  • Priority access to housing reservations for exhibitors (deadlines apply)
  • Carpeting of all aisles in the Exhibit Hall
  • 24-hour general hall security
  • Access to the Exhibitor Lounge with refreshments

Carpeting or floor covering is mandatory in all Commercial Booths. Exhibitors may either (a) bring their own carpet or floor covering or (b) order booth carpeting from the General Service Contractor. Any booths that are set up on-site without a carpet or floor covering installed by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18 will be automatically carpeted at the exhibitor’s expense. Show site rates will apply.

Nonprofit and ASHA Member Booth Packages

These packages include one (1) draped table, two (2) chairs, carpeting, a wastebasket, and an identification sign displaying your company name and booth number.

Registration and Badges Included With Booth Packages

All booth packages include complimentary full Convention registrations and Exhibit Hall–only badges for your full-time exhibit personnel.

  • Commercial Booths (per 10' × 10'): Two (2) full Convention registrations and two (2) Exhibit Hall–only badges
  • Nonprofit Booths (per 10' × 10'): One (1) full Convention registration and two (2) Exhibit Hall–only badges
  • ASHA Member Booth: One (1) full Convention registration and one (1) Exhibit Hall–only badge.

Additional Booth Items and Services for Purchase

  • Booth furnishings (tables, chairs, etc.): Ordered through General Service Contractor
  • Booth vacuuming: Ordered through the facility or general contractor (depending on event location)
  • Carpeting for Commercial Booths: Ordered through General Service Contractor
  • Utility service (i.e., electricity, Internet, telephone): Ordered through utility contractor or facility
  • Lead retrieval: Ordered through Maritz Global Events
  • Material handling: If you ship materials to the warehouse or directly to the Convention Center, you will be responsible for the Material Handling fees associated with the movement of your freight within the hall. The final cost is based on the weight of your freight.

How To Order Items for Your Booth

Exhibitors may order carpeting, tables, and other furnishings from our General Service Contractor, Shepard. Please refer to the Exhibitor Manual (available in mid-August) to order additional services.
