- August 1: Final booth payments due.
- August 1: Standard booth pricing begins.
- August 3: Attendee housing reservations and and registration open.
- Mid-August: Exhibitor Service Manual available online.
- August 28: Requests for Function Space due.
October
- October 13: Deadline to complete online exhibitor listing.
- October 23: Deadline to reserve hotel rooms through ASHA's housing service.
- October TBD: Advance warehouse begins to accept shipments.
November
- November TBD: Advance warehouse shipment deadline. All materials shipped to the advance warehouse must arrive by this date for your freight to be in your booth upon arrival.
- November TBD: Shipments accepted at the Indiana Convention Center.
