• July 30: Exhibitor priority housing reservations and registration open online.
• July 31: Early Bird booth pricing deadline.

• August 1: Cancellation deadline.
• August 1: Final booth payments due.
• August 1: Standard booth pricing begins.
• August 3: Attendee housing reservations and and registration open.
• Mid-August: Exhibitor Service Manual available online.
• August 28: Requests for Function Space due.

October

• October 13: Deadline to complete online exhibitor listing.
• October 23: Deadline to reserve hotel rooms through ASHA's housing service.
• October TBD: Advance warehouse begins to accept shipments.

November

• November TBD: Advance warehouse shipment deadline. All materials shipped to the advance warehouse must arrive by this date for your freight to be in your booth upon arrival.
• November TBD: Shipments accepted at the Indiana Convention Center.
