  • Early May (exact date TBA): Member table application available.

July

  • July 25: Exhibitor registration and housing reservations open online.
  • July 31: Last day for Early Bird booth price.

August

  • August 1: Standard booth rates begin.
  • August 1: Last day to cancel booth space with a partial refund.
  • August 1: Final booth payments due.
  • Mid-August: Exhibitor Service Manual available online.

September

  • September 12: Company descriptions and category listings (40 words or less) for on-site Exhibit Guide due.

October

  • October 14: Advance warehouse begins to accept shipments.
  • October 20: Deadline for Exhibitor Services Kit advance-pricing discount on lead retrieval.
  • October 28: Deadline for Exhibitor Service Kit advance-pricing discount on the following items:
    • Internet
    • Booth furnishings and carpet
    • Electrical service
    • Audiovisual items
    • Lead retrieval
  • October 19: Pre-Convention attendee mailing list available.

November

  • November 8: Deadline for Exhibitor Service Kit advance-pricing discount for audiovisual items.
  • November 14: Advance warehouse shipment deadline. All materials shipped to the advance warehouse must arrive by this date (TBA) in order for your freight to be in your booth upon arrival.
  • November 19: Shipments accepted at Orange County Convention Center.

December

  • December 16: Post-Convention attendee mailing list available.

The ASHA Convention is one of the largest professional development events for audiologists; speech-language pathologists; and speech, language, and hearing scientists. Bringing together approximately 15,000 attendees, the annual Convention offers more than 2,500 sessions eligible for ASHA continuing education credit covering the latest research, clinical skills, and techniques in communication sciences and disorders.
