Exhibitor Education

We are offering a series of four sessions where we will share valuable information to help you make the most of your exhibiting experience. You will have the opportunity to ask questions or share your experiences and ideas. 

The sessions will be held via Zoom, and everyone involved in planning your exhibit booth is invited to participate in as many as you would like. Sessions will be recorded if you are unable to attend.

  • Tuesday, September 14 at 1:00 p.m., EDT: Building an Engaging Virtual Profile
    We will cover what is included in your virtual profile, how to upload your information, and tips for attendee engagement.
  • Tuesday, September 28 at 1:00 p.m., EDT: Exploring the Exhibit Service Manual and Shipping Information
    We will discuss what is included in your in-person booth package, important dates and deadlines, and how to ship items for your exhibit booth.
  • Tuesday, October 12 at 1:00 p.m., EDT: Increasing Attendee Engagement
    Learn more about what you can add to your booth to attract attendees.
  • Tuesday, October 26 at 1:00 p.m., EDT: Tips for In-person Exhibiting
    We will share some current best practices for in-person exhibiting to optimize your experience. 

We look forward to answering any questions you may have about exhibiting, as well as helping you get the most out of your ASHA Convention experience.
