Photographs taken at the ASHA Convention may be used in future ASHA publications, on the ASHA website, or in other Association materials. By registering for the ASHA Convention, you agree to allow ASHA to use your photograph or video footage in ASHA-related print or digital publications. Student Volunteers ASHA uses student volunteers to assist in various roles during the ASHA Convention such as monitoring session rooms; disseminating information at Registration, Information Booths, and Materials Pickup stations; assisting in crowd and line management; providing support at Program Planner stations; tracking traffic in the Exhibit Hall; collecting tickets; and providing defined assistance for attendees with special needs. ASHA appreciates the work of our student volunteers, and the students look forward to the opportunity to meet and network with their peers and ASHA members.
