  • Checks (made payable to ASHA and mailed to: ASHA – Convention, P.O. Box 791807, Baltimore, MD 21279-1807)

Full payment must be received in order for registrations to be processed. Registration is guaranteed only after your credit card has been approved or your check has cleared. If your credit card is declined or your check is returned, ASHA reserves the right to cancel your registration if an alternate approved payment is not supplied. Your total payment may be adjusted if your registration is not postmarked on or before rate deadlines.

Please be advised that ASHA is not responsible for checks or registration forms lost or delayed in the mail.

Group Registration

To register a group online, have one member of your group register using the registration system. When the first group member reaches the "Review and Check Out" page, select the “Add Group Registrant” button to add additional registrations, then repeat the process for the rest of your group. You will need each person's ASHA account information to create a registration for them.

When groups of 7 or more attendees from the same workplace register for the ASHA Convention, they will receive the 8th registration free. The group discount is offered to ASHA members, ASHA Affiliates, and NSSLHA members only and applies only to registration for the full in-person event. The group discount does not apply to One-Day or Virtual-Only registration, Pre-Convention Workshops, Short Courses, or special event tickets. To receive the group discount, payment must be made in one transaction (check or credit card). The discount will be applied to the lesser registration fee. Badges will be mailed to each registrant at the address provided for the group.
