Reserving your hotel room through ASHA's hotel reservation service, Maritz Global Events, offers benefits. Here's how:
Plus, when attendees fill our room blocks at the official ASHA hotels, it demonstrates ASHA's value to our host city and helps us to negotiate competitive rates at hotels in future Convention cities.
We are committed to making the in-person ASHA Convention accessible to all individuals. If you have a disability, as identified by the Americans With Disabilities Act, and anticipate needing assistance while onsite at the ASHA Convention, please indicate, when registering, the area(s) in which you will need assistance. Once the registration process is complete, you will be contacted by an ASHA Staff member to gather more information about the accessibility accommodations you are requesting.
Requests for reasonable accommodations at our in-person event should be made as early as possible, and well in advance of the event dates, so we may best meet individual needs. We may be unable to fully accommodate requests received after October 22. Requests made onsite will be fulfilled to the best of our ability; however, resources may be limited.
