Security and Emergency Services at the Convention Center

If a medical or security emergency occurs while you are at the Indiana Convention Center, please contact the facility's security office immediately:

• Dial 3350 from any red house phone located in the facility.
• Dial 317-262-3350 from any phone.
• Describe the patient's symptoms or the situation and your location in the Convention Center.
• Ask any uniformed Convention Center employee for assistance.

Please do not contact 911 directly when possible. Contacting the security office at the numbers above will greatly minimize the response time of emergency response units, in the event that they need to be dispatched to the facility. Convention Center Security Officers can lead emergency response units directly to the individual in need.

After you have alerted the security office, please inform the nearest ASHA staff at an ASHA Info Booth of the situation.
