Service & Policy: Badges

Name badges will be issued to all registered in-person attendees, regardless of registration type. Badges must be worn at all times while participating in ASHA Convention activities, whether in the Convention Center, at our leadership hotel, or at off-site activities such as the ASHFoundation Reception. One-day registrants will have the day they selected to attend printed prominently on their badge to prevent re-use. Exhibit Hall–only passes indicate limited access.

Please be aware that if exhibitors scan the bar code on your badge during the ASHA Convention, you are agreeing to share your information with them and consenting to allow them to contact you, even if you opted out during the registration process. (Read more about the Privacy Policy.)

New This Year: Onsite Badge Printing Only

Badges for the 2026 ASHA Convention will only be printed onsite rather than mailed in advance.

The check-in process will be quick and easy. When you arrive at the Indiana Convention Center, go to any of the self-service badge printing stations and follow the simple instructions to print your badge. Staff will be available to help, or you can visit the Attendee Registration Desk for more assistance.

Once your badge is printed, your attendance will be automatically verified. No additional badge scanning is required during the event.

Badge Ribbons

Decorate your badge with ribbons, available at the ASHA Member Service Center inside the Exhibit Hall starting at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 19. Gender pronoun ribbons will be available.
